How to convert dxf file to metric

I have a dxf file that I did in inches. A friend needs it converted to metric. How would I go about doing that in vcarve...Thanks
In Job Setup, change units to mm, tick "center data in job" and "scale data with job" then click OK.
You will then have to recalculate all the toolpaths by clicking "Recalculate all toolpaths".
It looks like a calculator, right next to the red X.
