Kudos and Thanks to NWA

Just have to post this...
I have been having some issues with my Shark ProPlusHD, as anyone who has read my other posts has seen.
I contacted NWA and talked with Jim. I sent in my control box last Monday, had it back yesterday (exactly 1 week after putting it in the mail ) They tested it, replaced the XYZ control card and got it back very quickly.
