Problems attaching pic file.

I am having problems attaching pic file. It keeps coming up as 'file to big.'
Any suggestions?

Yep, resize it to no more than 650 pixels in the larger dimension. That's the first step; depending which program you use for resizing it should also allow you to compress.
Another solution is storing your pictures on one of the many photo sites and then linking to that. However reducing size (both dimensional as well as the file size) would be the better choice.
