Z depth error with photoVcarve

I have had the last 3 lithos cut with an increase in Z depth after approximately 1/4 to 1/3 of the cut. I ran the last one over with the workpiece in a new location on the table and increased the height of the workpiece as well. It cut wit the same error in the same place on the litho.

It is as if the Z zero changed because it continued at an increased depth for the remainder of the cut.

Any ideas?

I have a CNC Shark and am running the upgraded controller software provided by the company.

It is odd that the error happened in the same place.

ANy help would be appreciated.
