Safe Z height

Never been a problem before, but how the heck do you adjust the height of safe Z in v carve pro?
Being retired is hard work. Spending way too much time in the shop these days. (And loving it).
Shark Pro Plus HD, Vcarve Pro, Photo V Carve, Cut 3D, scan probe.

On the tool path menu (right side menu, at the top left), look for Material Setup then click on SET right below.
