I was jogging my "y" axis to a position and noticed that my "x" axis is moving also. Every time I jog "y" the "x" axis moves .001/.002 and the more I jog "y" the worse "x" axis gets. I jogged "y" 1.254 in. and "x" accumulated .022. What's going on?

Just wondering, did it accumulate on the computer screen position indicator or did you actually measure that error?

It showed on the screen and since I didn't have a ref. point established I couldn't tell. I took the machine apart for a good cleaning and lubrication and it seems fine now. Was just a little unnerving. Thanks for your reply.
