Can't get it to work
It's been a few months since I used my Shark. Tonight I plugged it into my laptop and it makes the sound like it's plugged in but it says it's not registered and the yellow light on the control box is flashing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Somethings to think about:
Talk to NWA. They may have heard of this in the past. They will talk to you even though the warranty has expired.
Assuming it is the controller, there is a SD card in the controller and it may have gone bad.

You have to reregister.
