next wave spam filter

Tim I'm having problems getting through your spam filter.

I sent you my aspire upgrade info on 1/31/11 and have not heard back from your or Vectric.

Please advise on how to procede on the aspire upgrade and how to get past your spam filter.
The instructions that come from sending you an e-mail did not work for me.

John try and go to the Vectric form or the Vectric web site.

I'm confused, if I go through Tim he says he can save me $100 on the upgrade so I don't think going to the vectric site will help.

The second problem is the next wave new spam filter. When you send them an email it says repsond to this link and type in numbers and letters to prove you aren't a computer generating spam. When you click on the link you get multiple links and websites like you googled something.

We have a new company running our email servers.
It was a feature I didnt know was active and I have had them turn it off.
