Please post an example project file that's doing this, preferably the smallest example on which is consistently produces the circles.

Are you eliminating the old toolpaths before doing new ones or are you keeping the old toolpaths and the new?

Did you figure it out? Those cuts remind me of the infamous "Crop Circles" I used to get from Bobcad 19!
