Random circles

When cutting a project i keep getting random circles cut in random places , but when I run the preview on vcarve it shows no circles on the project

If you're using Vectric, a frequent cause are tiny vectors in the toolpath that aren't easily visible. This often happens when tracing a bitmap photo where the background isn't a perfectly flat, consistent (digital) color. Using a true GCode "backplotter" can help spot these things when the Vectric simulator doesn't clearly show it.

Other than that, with a picture, a file, or some evidence of what you're having a problem with, for all we know, they're wormholes in the wood . (And yes, that did end up being a confusing problem for someone a while back)

Upload files and pictures, and tell us EXACTLY what you did, and how we can reproduce the problem.

Otherwise, this is going to be one long game to nobody knowing anything for reals.

[any time I try to run a project with the pocket toolpath or engraving I get random circles here are some examples, I am new to cnc I have only been doing this for about 10 days. But I do not have this problem in other toolpaths

Which parts of those pictures is desired?
Are the pictures of the COMPLETED cuts?
Does the pocket intend to cut out the middle region of the overall shape?
Or, does the pocket outline follow the variable-width outline?
When during the cutting do the errors get made? only at the end? At each level? After all the rest is done? Before?

The most typical reason for what might be happening is that you have spiral ramping enabled for the lead-in on the toolpath. This is set in Vectric in the toolpath definition, possibly in a semi-hidden tab down in the panel. Use a straight-plunge, but lower the bit's plunge speed definition.

The other way this can happen is again, with inadvertent vectors or badly formed vector-ends. But, as you say you're new to this, the first is much more likely.
