I have been using my HD3 with virtual zero/touch plate with no problems for over a year now. Starting today, with using virtual zero/touch plate, all of my engravings are going too deep. The extra depth is consistent across the entire engraving. I have changed bits and tried different files (all of which I have engraved 50+ times so I am well aware of how they should appear) and the Z going too deep is consistent across the few different files I ran today. I checked my bits and the plate and nothing is off there so it must be in the settings somewhere.
Does anyone have experience with this or know of a way to check/reset settings?
Thank you!
Lauren

Check the thickness of your touch plate in your settings. It may have been changed accidently
