Surprise shutdown

Post by DUTCH »

Finally up and running and on the learning curve. Recently cutting a pattern of three crosses for HOSPICE when entire system just went black. Using standard Bosch router with 1/4" spiral upcut bit with 1/8" per pass. Router is plugged into controller.
Sort of surprised at this overload even when I cut federate to 50%. Can you tell me what power output level is supported? I guess I will simply power the router directly?

Your setup should not have caused the system to go black unless the fuse in the control box blew, but this would prevent the controller from restarting.
We're you able to restart the controller and run it with the router plugged into another power source?
