trying to figure out how to set this tool up right new to this need help I put in two pic trying to get the most out of bit using aspire 9.5 thank you
I'd suggest you change the entry for the Tip Radius to .0625" so it matches the 1/16" spec from Amana.
Also, you should probably set your Pass Depth to .05" or maybe .1". The .203" seems aggressive for this bit.
I'd also reduce the "Clearance Pass Stepover" to 30-40%. And for the "Stepover" try 7-10% - this should still give you a smooth final pass.
