New pro-plus with error

I have just set up my machine, loaded everything in, went to load g-code for trial piece - Bulls_Head - loaded, but got an error
---- " load error : ERROR line 1 bad character used ".

Can anyone help before I call support ???

Almost ever time I have seen this error someone it trying to load the crv file rather then the tap file.
People make this mistake when they name the vcarve crv file the same name as the tap file they are going to use.

Thanks for the help. It was just file mis-management. Everything is rolling along fairly smoothly now. I'm back to the learning curve,
and I am making productive sawdust.
