Go Board

I am trying to make a Go Board for one of my teachers. I have the grid laid out in VCarvePro. But when I try to create the tool path, I get all these open vectors. When I use the close vectors, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Can any one help me please?
I have attached the .crv file.

Use the profile toolpath and pick "on" it will work with the open vectors
