I saw this cool video about a great use for puffed cheese balls. http://www.instructables.com/id/Cheese- ... /?ALLSTEPS
Ben's design was nice and simple. I knew that if I tried hard enough I could easily over-engineer it.
So, here's my version of an automatic cheese ball shooter.
These are the halves of the main body. It has made to accommodate a 1" pvc barrel extension tube. Because of the back pressure, I found it to work better without the barrel extension.
The body:
The leaf blower adapter:
The completed gun:
There are a dozen improvements I would like to make. I'll update as progress is made.
One nifty side effect is that the creatures of the night clean up all the cheese balls scattered throughout the neighborhood.

Bob, you've finally gone mad!! Rubber band shooters, ping pong ball launcher, now a "Tim the Tool Man" cheese balls assault blower! That's awesome! Looking forward to seeing it up close. Nicely done Bob.

At our next meeting, you will have the opportunity for some of the fastest, fast food snacking imaginable! You should bring safety glasses, face shield, a change of clothes, a hard hat, and a towel. Since this is powered by a gas leaf blower, I'll probably try it outside.jbyers wrote:Bob, you've finally gone mad!! I have great fun playing with my food...if you classify cheese balls as food.
