Re: military emblems
Great I will be looking forward to seeing the Navy one you did. How about some more information
on your work. I would love to see the code you used, what bits were used, where you got the material used etc.
Any other tips you could share? Keep up the good work!

Re: military emblems
These are made of a material called Primos ( $10/sq foot)
Uses a 1/8 inch ball nose ran at 80ipm 45 degree angle. The pattern is from vector art 3d. The lettering is made with .5 in 90 degree bit, The font is copper plate gold click the bold. Outside circle is 7 inches the seal is 5 inches
The army plate ring is oak. There was a power blink stopping the machine withabout .25 inches to go so I had to finish by hand, It was originnaly going to be all the same material. but had to change plans. so I grabbed a piece of oak made a hole it wolud sit in and carved the letters. Then glued in place with brown gorilla glue.
The air force one goes to my son he is pressently serving, has been to Iraq 3 times.

Would you mind sharing the cutting bits you used with this material? They are beautifully done.
