Side table

Post by bentcreations »

Made from American Oak. Legs were sculptured on all four sides and then assembled as frames.

I'm a little slow today. What part did the Shark play in the design? Was it the sculpting process on the legs? How did you go about it? I'm guessing it has something to do with the "texturing" process.

BTW, very nice design

Nice sculpting on this. Did you turn the wood after each side was done? Like it alot. What great talent there is on this forum. Keep up the good work.

So i used a 3d topographical pattern in cut3d and just stretched it to the size i wanted. I machined each side of the leg separately. In other words, i did one side then rolled it over and repeated the cut four times.
