Door entry sign

Post by Keith Hodges »

In my quest to learn everything I can about Vetrics software, I'm doing more and more projects with a combination of items to add interest. I designed the door entry sign for my wife's oldest daughter, to give as a Christmas presant to her friends. The outer edge is 3/4", stepping down an 1/8 inch, again stepping down another 1/8 inch where the texturing is. The oval, deer heads, and area around the name is the original 3/4 inch thickness. The deer heads are simple v carvings, as is the photo, started in photo v carve, then imported into v carve pro 7. All in all a fun project, carved in Popular.

Being retired is hard work. Spending way too much time in the shop these days. (And loving it).
