Looks good. I hope to put in a new kitchen this year, One idea we have had is to have the cases made at a local shop and make the frounts and door in my shop.

Nice looking door. How deep is the carving on the panel? Thanks

Depth of dish is 3/8" with top of grape surface 0.100" below surface.
We have 13 upper cabinet raised panel doors in our kitchen that the better half wants done with this pattern.
Looks like about 52 hours of machine time.
I'm allergic to sanding so I finish with a 0.0625" tapered ball end mill with 10% step over and my sanding is pretty much eliminated.

Nice work. I love little 3d stuff added here and there. Keep us informed on how the builder responds to it.

nice work, These machines really help when remodeling or making something new. Good job on the door. I just finished a three panel door I bought from a big box store for $5.00 on clearance. I carved in each panel, I'll have pics up soon.

Very nice. I really like the arch at the top of the door. Did you do that on your machine? Or did you do the rail and stiles on a router table?

I have done doors on CNC before, but not this one.
I went to a Habitat for Humanity Restore and got this one for $1.
I needed something quick for a sample.
