I call it the Scotch clock

wow Been busy in the shop.I made this clock for my wife's cousins Birthday.They are from Scotch decent .Anyway I found who there Clan Is.It's from the Mcdonald clan.So I put the crest on the front and added the clock fit up.I made it from red oak.(5/4 x12x48)I used a stair Thread from Lowes.Two pcs Cut each one seperate.Added a base.
The clock measures 8X10 I wsed golden oak stain and three coats of water based satin poly.Alot of fun. Basecircle

Sorry Wyane I think I fat finger it .I wanted to say "stair tread".The older I get the harder it is to spell. Basecircle
