Those are awesome! The majority of the items I have made thus far have been military related. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing how you get it to cut it completely out. I have been using vcarve and the vbit so far. I will run it and then just use either my bandsaw or scroll saw to cut out the design. Thanks in advance.

I run a v-bit profile around the outside for the chamfer then another on the same vector with an end mill with tabs so that it stays put.
I saw it in one of the videos that came with the software. Can't remember which video.
