+1 for me on estreetplastics.
It is easier to destroy than it is to create, just look at my scrap pile.

Now you hooked on doing edge lit signs. You just need to have a great design for a base. I use a 2 x 4 with a 1 x 4 for my bases and route the edges on a router table.
