I would search some of the eBay listings for 1/4" corian and send them a question. I am going to say that most any of them will cut and sell you any size that you want. That is a rather large size and I don't think anyone uses anything that big as a general rule (a whopping time to cut a litho that big) but that doesn't mean you can't. I'm sure all of the suppliers cut from bigger pieces than what they sell. I saw one that was 12" x 14 which is still quite large. You might check with the seller 29joewood, link below. I have dealt with him extensively and know his honesty, selling price, quality of cuts, and shipping methods and packaging are second to none. You could tell him that Roger from TN sent you. I seriously doubt that it will make a difference in price and he will still pack it to arrive safely, but it might make him smile. He will treat you right and give you a competitive deal either way, but you won't get it packed carelessly like some of the sellers do which means a lot when you pay a good price for material and shipping a heavy product and it arrives damaged.

Just curious, have they given you an image to work with yet? And if so have you run it through and worked calculated the carving time? I don't have much of a feel for square inches to hours but I am going to guess about 24 hours to carve a litho that size. Hope you have a UPS backup power case the power blinks. A couple seconds of power outage can be disastrous with any carve but really hard to recover from on a one pass litho. Hope it all works well. Were they planning to put a pane of glass on the outside of it? Would be interesting to see how it turns out.
