Last Supper Carve

Post by wsteffan »

It's been awhile since I last posted.
Here is a shot of the last supper I carve up this weekend.

.5 EM for roughing
.125 TBN for finish pass - went for the speed, could have used smaller bit if I had the extra time.

Cross I carved also.

The last supper carve is beautifully done. I'm new the cnc world. Which shark did you use to carve the last supper? Also how did you go about carving it? I'm a novice and completely unfamiliar with how files such as those would be loaded and ultimately executed.

I purchased the model from 3dmodelclub.com
created a new job in aspire and then imported the model. Made some tweaks and adjustments.
Cut a roughing pass and then a finishing pass.

I have the shark 60th machine using the Bosch router.
However I have upgraded to a bigger machine now, message me if you want to know what kind and model?
