Good job on an excellant looking project. Let your LED lights plugged in and turned on. If it should fail to light-up, it could be 21Dec2012.

Counter top installers have should have some sort of nasty glue that will stick.

Good luck getting your wife to paint it. I'm married to an artist, and I'm on my own as far as painting goes.

rsperkins The depth was limited to 1/8" deep and I used a 90 deg v-bit at about 80% on the speed, it ran for about 2.5 hrs. No melting accured but there were some fuzzies left on the edges of some of the carving, so I used a stiff scrub brush to loosen/ remove them. no steel wool or sand paper.
And Buc, yes I'm still waiting for the paint job, I guess I'm on my own too.
