3d carving of maine

I recently completed a 3d carving / wall hanging of the state of Maine. We wanted to highlight the mid-coast region (show off some towns and islands) so I came up with the idea of dropping the surrounding area and then make the mid-coast look like it's under a magnifying glass. I also increased the height of the Maine mountain range to make it more pronounced. Came across a new website for 3d stl models (Terrain2STL) - Joe
