Generating 3-D drawings

Post by modelshopman »

What program is best for generating 3-D or 2.5D drawings for the CNC Shark? i am trying to make a rounded object much like the ones you download in vectorart3D but would like to create my own. Has anyone had any luck doing this? if so how was it done? any help would be great. I have access to austoCAd and Rhino.

I barely afforded to buy a used shark. With the aspire costing $$$, is there anything free or at least cheap on the net to help us poor guys ?

Thanks, Chop

Sketchup, Rhino, and even Autocad can do 3D or 2D easily. OK, easy is relative to your experience with the software, but they'll do the trick.
