Shark Users in the KCMO Area?

I was wondering if there's any Shark owners in the Kansas City area that would be willing to help me out with setting up my Shark HD3? I do not have any cnc experience and while I am goung through the manual and have looked on the Forum, it would be helpful to be able to talk with a experienced owner in the area.

Thanks for your help but I'm not familiar with this map. Can you tell me where I can find out more about it? I assume it is a map of Shark owners but I have never seen or heard about it before.
