Double Sided Sticky Tape Sheets

Post by tradewinds »

I have a few questions for those of you who use double sided sticky tape.
1. What brand do you use?
2. Where do you purchase it?
3. Have you ever had problems using this method on stock that is 1/8 thick?

Thank you.

I tried carpenter tape, but wasn't happy with the results, especially on 1/8" stock. Messy, hard to remove, too thick, and compresses a little when pressed.

I've since discovered the method of using (high quality) blue painter tape on both surfaces and superglue between them. Haven't looked back.
