register shark SD100 never got email of unlock code maybe I did something wrong in setup how to remove registration and start over

You might have mistyped your email address during registration...happens to the best of us . Have you received any other emails from Next Wave?

I'd give their customer support people a call during their normal business hours...they've been very helpful with that kind of stuff when it's happened to me.

Sorry for taking so long, gave Nextwave a call the tech figured out that I had bad controller.
He is the best stayed on the phone with me well pass 5pm the time he was to get off work
and had a replacement controller in the mail
