How portable is this unit

I want to do signs at craft shows with a cnc machine. Can anyone give me some suggestions? Would the Shark do the job?

The only problem I see. . . is power for the setup and what the craft show will allow around customers (noise, dust, safety issues) some shows do not want liabilities and won't allow power tool type things running where customers are.
