Set Offset not working

Set Offset not working

Got a little problem when i jog my router my X Y Z is showing numbers moving but when i try to set the offset all the numbers are at 0 and i can't default them back to 0???? so what i did is set my XYZ where i wanted it to start and to reset my point to 0 i shut the machine down and restarted it this way it default back to 0 for XYZ but does anybody know why or how to fix this???
