Shark pro just stopped

Post by martin graphics »

My shark just stopped running. Will not go in any direction. The green light on the power supply FS-20024-1M is off but when I disconnect the controller the little green light comes on and shows 24Volts with a meter but doesn't register voltage when the power supply is connected to the the controller. Any Advice. This machine has been running great for years.

There is a fuse under the power cord. There should also be a replacement in there as well. Check the fuse.

Hi, I have another thread on the issues I have had. I received the new controller with a new circuit board only to find (after a few days of heavy use) that the power supply is now bad (lights on, fuze's good, works for a few minutes then stops) Next wave is sending me a new one (mine is still under warranty).

While a pain, they are very responsive, just a slow process.
