I am a brand new Shark HD 3 owner. Am trying to get it setup but the router mount is too low to insert a router bit. I have loaded the VCarve and the control panel software but am stuck as to how to raise the mount without damaging something. Any help? Anyone? Thanks.

Terry,
Unless I'm totally misunderstanding your question. Are you trying to move the entire router and mount up?
If so, have you located and tried the jog function on the Shark Control Panel?

Thanks Don, got it. Trial and error works the best. Thanks again.
