lost my ability to Jog or load a file

Good morning, I was in the middle of a job yesterday on my Shark Pro when my router returned to the home position and I went to change my bit for my next cut. As I was ready to load my next file I noticed that my load file and Jog buttons were greyed out. Unable to do anything I rebooted my system and the controller but I still have a problem. I also noticed that the yellow light was flashing, I checked my USB cable and even replaced the cable, but I still have the same problem. Any ideas ? Thanks Bert
