Configuring the touch plate to check corners of project

Hey guys! I have a quick question that should be easy to answer (but I can't figure it out myself)

When I used to load projects into the control panel, it would check all 4 corners of my project with the touch plate... Now it's only checking the center, and some of the boards that I have are slightly warped/clamped down too hard, leaving parts of the project untouched on the edges.

How do I configure it to check the edges with the plate again?

Thanks!

Hello,

You are forgetting to load with virtual zero enabled. I'm not at my machine right now. But lookup and read about virtual zero in the control panel documentation.

I think this is what your missing.

Have a great day!

If nothing else works:
You need to enter your registration key for the touch plate, provided by Next Wave. If you don't have the key, contact them. Send them your serial number for the touch plate, they send the key.
Guess how I know this?

Check your Preferences in the Virtual Tab. There are two settings - Material Edge and Image Cutting Area. Check to see which is checked off.
