Is it possible to run out of program memory in the pod controller? I got raised letters here at a z-.06 one pass with a .0625 ball. The program runs from bottom to top but stops, returns to 0 and does not turn off router, before clearing the top line. PreView looks good! Programed with V-Carve 8

Replace the SD card from rear of Control box and install a new San Disk 8GB SD card. That fixed my problem which was the same problem that you're having.

Thanks, I kind of thought that but figured the program was smart enough to say "Not Enough Memory" Or Too Large; something! I will replace the card.
