Made this plaque as a Christmas present for my cousin’s son.

This is a very nice piece. Did you cut all the black text in the same toolpath? I notice a few letters on top came out a little light. When that happens to me I wiil generate a separate toolpath for the light part, Z zero near that area and re-cut.

Bill,

First off, thank you.
And yes i did do all of the text in the same toolpath. Same toolpath, same font, only difference is that the top letters are slightly larger (made the bottom lettering smaller to fit).
Thanks for the hint/tip. Have had my Shark for exactly one year now, and still bucking against the learning curve.
