I want to cut a sign that is 27" long. Does anyone know how to tile ?
Is there a video that would help?
Thanks in advance .

Go to the Vectric web site and type tiling! There are real good videos on that subject.

yes watch the videos-- when you do try to do project it helps to have a reference fence- I use a 1 x .25 thick pc of wood with 2 sided tape along the bed. you can mark your start point - zero and where you have the break in the sign(tile size). so you can slide the sign up to your mark and clamp and do the second tile of the sign and so on. Also when deciding on the size of tile - make it in a no carve area if possible. good luck......this will all make sense once you see how tiling is done.

Here are a couple of my tiled projects. Set up a fence perfectly in line with the Y axis (feed axis). Mark your project board with marks exactly on the feed intervals before loading into your machine. I find 20" works well and I use .25 inch over lap.
