Issue with stopping/pausing

Post by mport103772000 »

What is making my Shark stop or pause during a carving? I have seen this several times and im not sure if its something im doing or if its something else. Every once in awhile i can hit the pause/play button and it will start up again.

Thanks!

Which controller are you using? Laptop/PC or pendant?

If it's a pendant with a touchscreen, it could be detecting false touches.

If it's a PC, it's possible someone is hitting the keyboard by accident when the pause button it highlighted. Pushing [ENTER] or [SPACEBAR] after starting will pause the controller because the controller automatically highlights the pause button after starting.

Have you tried replacing the USB cable between the PC and the controller box? Many users have reported problems with the default cable or cheap replacements.
