end mills and collets

I am trying to find a 1/16" end mill bit with at least a 1/2 " cutting length and a 1/8 " shank. A 1/16" collet for a bosch router would work as I can find the 1/16" end mills. Can anyone help me out.
Thanks Jimbob

tool path problem

I am having a serious problem with aspire trying to do tool paths. I am using a 1/8 bit to cut out an interior part. vector tolerances

How can I change my vector tolerances from the 0.0002 to 0.02 ? I need to do this so it will accept the file ?
For info I am trying to use a dxf file for clock gears but tolerances are set too close for the program to accept.
Thanks

seperateing nested file

I have received a dxf file that has the dimensions of 50"X19" . I would like to separate these into 7 separate files. How can this be done?
