won't run at any speed setting. going to try and call CNC next week. There are references for variable speed routers and setting speeds based on the type wood but no reference to which models do/don't work.

Tried the e-stop, fuses etc. As mentioned, it works with one router and not the other yet the new router works in my router table just fine. the gantry moves per the program, its the router that doesn't turn on. Need some help...purchased a new PC Router motor model 690 from Rockler...same model I have now but newer (new one is variable speed). Go to run file and router does not turn on. Really frustrated...spent four hours yesterday walking thorugh the manual updating files, and whatever else it wanted. Felt I had a good understanding and tried to do the Velocette sign. amazing what happens when you read the manual from the web. Much more detail. I still don't get the "CNC Shark is connected and operational" but seems to be running through the tests just fine.

Thanks guys. I will check when I get home from work. The statement is in the lower left Control Box window. I wish it had the same statement as in the manual: “Please check CNC Shark power and USB cable” but it didn't I also noticed that the "Run from SD Card" button below the Load G-code was greyed...
