Re: rotary attachment
Mr. Owens, Don't you think that you might owe it to the people who have purchased your product to keep everyone informed about the release date of the Rotary Axis tool. Some people including myself are waiting patiently for a good tidbit. I've had my plus now for a year sitting in a classroom, and b...

Re: laser pointer
I use the lazer edge finder from SDA manufactoring. At least that is where the reciept is from. I love it, but make sure you have an extra set of batteries for it. I found mine dead when I really needed it one time.

Quartz Regulator Clock
Converted from scroll saw plans. Had to remove some of the fine pointy detail where the 1/8" endmills would not get, but still looks great. All done mostly with 1/16" and 1/8" endmills. Project is 11 - 1/2" wide by 35 - 1/2" high. It took about 40 hours to convert plans from scanned images to vector...

Re: Pause Button Failure
Yes, there is a glitch hiding in that pause button. I have found that if you use it to many times, it will cease to work properly, and you will have to shut down the control panel and re-start it. I have also found that once I was using that pause button and it re-set 0,0,0 and offset where I was wo...

Re: Post processor difference
Well, it's the evening hours now, and have read that over and over, and cannot still make heads or tails of that document. :) Maybe someone could explain in lay-mans terms for me. I being only a few months into this CNC stuff am having a hard time interpreting that document. Being un-knowledgeable o...

Re: X Axis Is Traveling
I normally line up with the Y axis or slots. Table is pretty square to the gantry. Doesn't matter to much in my case because I do allow enough stock in the plate to accept any deviance. I do setup one axis or another though, just in case there is an emergency and have to align the material back up f...

Re: X Axis Is Traveling
Meant .070 . It's hard to get anything by some of you folks. :o Which is a good thing. The .70 cut reminds me when I first purchased the machine, and was not putting the zeros in , and couldn't for the life of me at the time figure out how come it was reacting the way it did by taking a 1/2 inch cut...
