Where the power cord plugs into the control box there is a small cover, behind the cover is a small spare fuse. Replace the burned out fuse with this one.
Also , send for more replacements before you need them next time...

Re: Vectorizing (beginner level)
If I'm understanding your question, you have not selected any vectors that were just developed. Click on the vector you want to cut. Then calculate the toolpath. Ooh, or back up and scan the image first with the vectorizing tool. Then select the vector that was formed by the vectorizing tool. See if...

Re: Vectorizing (beginner level)
Have you tried the vectorizer tool included with VCarve? I have always used it for my projects. The icon on the menu looks like a bird...some refer to it as "the Chicken".

Re: sd110 calibration issues
Something appears to be flexing. Your settings are very conservative, so they should not cause flex. (A long run time, but not flex.) Is the bit extended too far beyond the collet? Is the router extended down through the support too far? Are you using a carbide bit, or a HSS one? How secure is the r...

Re: sd110 calibration issues
I would be curious to see settings used for this project. Would you post the crv file for this? Or, at least the tool path settings.

Re: New Shark HD510 owner... pocketing problems
Pass depth looks good. Your feed rate and plunge are faster than I use. (I use Feed 200 ipm. plunge 40 ipm) However, what works for me may not work for you. I'm not sure if your machine can hit the feed you have listed. If your bit has been burning the cut, it may be dull now. I also adjust speed du...

Re: New Shark HD510 owner... pocketing problems
I have VCarve Pro, so I can't open your file. How about using the snipping tool to show toolpath settings you are using? Also: Burning= feed tool slow, speed too high, dull bit. cutting too deep per pass. Jamming= feed too fast, speed too low, cutting too deep per pass. Until you supply more toolpat...

Re: SharkSD110 supper slow
The crv file is the drawing that you made. There is a snipping tool in your computer. It's a good way to copy information from your screen. Just do a search of your computer under snipping tool.
