Any update on the spindle auto start feature that i heard was in the works?

Referring to the HD5 pendant controlling the VFD Speed and start/stop function.

Ugh. I popped the card into my PC and it did want to re-format. I was halfway through a 3D carve with my HD 2.0 when it stopped mid way. Not able to control any of axis motors. Just a red blinking light on the control panel front.

Any thoughts?

I can't help you with the border, and if you just purchased 4.5 you should be entitled to version 8.0. Thanks Basecircle, I too downloaded a lot of the 3D designs there too. I wish they had more Coast Guard designs. CNCMilitaryEmblems.Com has a nice selection to. I have purchased a few but haven't carved them yet.
