the dog ended up being 18" tall and 24" long.. turned out really nice....

I use a 1/8" Bit to drill all my holes. I have the plunge rate set at 20. I get my bits from think and tinker (Precise Bits)

Also make sure you are using the the CNCSHARK Inches post processor... you have to use that for your machine......
