I am sorry for your loss.
That is one of the nicest memorials I have seen.

Re: .rar.file to .stl file
Isn't .rar a type of compressed file, some what similar to a .zip file?
Have you contacted the seller regarding the file format?

Great idea Bill, it would come in handy. Are you willing to create such a tool for sale to others?

Re: Wine Bottle Stoppers
Nice work. Do you use a CNC to cut out the blocks as well? If so, which bit do you use?

Re: Error
I understand this is an old post, but was wondering if the issue was ever resolved as I am getting a similar error message from my HP laptop, which is running Windows 7. The error message is:
USB Device is unknown, but it is sporadic. In the meantime I have contacted Next Wave's tech support.

Re: Loose Spring
After corresponding with Next Wave's tech support it was determined that the spring in question is for the Y axis T-Nut, which is located under the table assembly. We were able to determine that the spring was in place according to this picture: http://i698.photobucket.com/albums/vv341/mike5050/ynut...

I am still in the process of setting up the system, but what I can tell so far it seems to be working as designed. I took your advice and contacted Next...
