Re: 20 watt laser need blue locktite

Question: Soooooooo, Have you learned any Chinese from these experiences? I believe I will stay with the 2 Watt Laser. Not really interested, wanted, or needed to actually cut anything with it. If I was interested and wanted to cut with a Laser I believe I would invest in a dedicated Laser Cutting C...

Re: Router tip does not reach cnc bed or spoil board

This suggestion provided what was needed to determine a solution:

Re: Uneven cut

How high is your gantry mounted. There could be flexing if too high. Rather than messing around with the Gantry if it is found to be a flex height concern is to adjust what is at the table closer to the pivotal axis point of the machine by raising/adding material under the Project Board thereby, mo...

Re: Router tip does not reach cnc bed or spoil board

Here are a couple images of the router in the machine and the side legs bolted. Re: Issues with Move to Zero

You say that you are Setting the X Y Zero ---- Why are you not Setting Z-Zero Too? It is definitely needed Too!

What you are probably seeing is the Z Gap above material (Safe Z) not Z-Zero because according to you you are only Setting the X Y Zero.

Re: Aspire trial version limitations

If I am not mistaken there are several tutorial files that can be accomplished and saved to carve on CNC Machine! You can even Modify them a bit using Aspire! You can save any project you create in Aspire . You are just NOT able to save your Toolpaths for carving due to the fact it is a Trial Softwa...
