Billk, Which bit(s) did you use on this project ? Here's a 18" x 60" sign I made using my Shark Pro Plus and tiling and Aspire. This was made for my Niece and her husband who own this CrossFit. The hardest part was the model of the "O". The back was tiled. The letters were cut out of Azek and epoxie...

It was a bit issue.
Used a 1/4" ball nose bit and sent the correct decimal for the mm size and it cut great.
I also order me a forester drill bit at the correct mm.

Hi all,

I need help please.
I'm trying to cut a hole for a bearing to go in wood.
The bearing is 55/64
I'm using a 1/16 tapered ball nose bit.
The problem is hole is still being cut too big even when I tell it to cut on the inside.
What am I doing wrong?

Very easy. For me, at the beginning of any of them they all seem complex, but as you begin to work on them it just seems they eventually all make sense and come together easily.
